Not enough information such as, not handicap accessible. The only rooms you could cook in was top floor, but I can't do that much stair work at this time. But the room was offered immediately on enquiry. Also, there was construction going on to the suites, we were awakened by saws, hammers and such. If we had known that, of course we would have stayed elsewhere. So, a communication problem that I am sure you can work out. I would choose to go there again which is my overall decision.

The price was right and it was conveniently close to a grocery store and fast food restaurants.

I've stayed there three times now and previously I reported roaches crawling around. This time I saw a mouse across from my room. I may not be staying there anymore.

well its ok for the money u pay .however i was expecting better rooms but .... i changed the room twice the first one the window curtain was bad and it was noisy , the other room was bad cause the a/c wasnt good. i was sweating . however the staff were good

El Rico Suites is conveniently located in downtown Makati. It's very near if you want to go to shopping malls in Makati via taxi in less than 10 mins. Their bedrooms are nice and very spacious too.

The price was very reasonable compared to other three and four star hotels in the Makati area.

The location of the hotel isn't all that good, it's away from all the happenings. Also, this was my second time staying there because of the price, however, my room had roaches crawling around in it on both occasions. The taxi drivers didn't even know how to get to the hotel.

The location was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Extra bed was provided at no extra cost.

The building is oild and run-down and in need of renovation. Lamps don't work, and the place is generally falling apart.

is good location if you looking quait place like el reco suites the hotel is little bet small like stairs eolivator its doens't worth aircon very noisy but the thing is staff very freindly securety guard is not active to get service your guest like other hotel i have experiences nice place to stay good value for money.

I usually stay at El Rico because of its accessibility to my office and to the airport everytime I travel abroad.

I miss the usual bathroom amenities like shampoo and hair conditioner and the bottled water complement of the hotel aside from the soap.

My girlfriend and myself were so comfortable staying at El Rico Suites! The room that we stayed in was very homely and had a lot of space with the extra dining area and an entrance hall. We will return to En Rico Suites in the future. We were very happy with this little gem of a hotel in Makati. The room service was always fast and friendly and we appreciated how smooth everything was. And, also great value for money too! Thank you very much. :)

The only minor complaint was there was no wifi in the rooms, but to be honest we survived just fine and will come back to stay at El Rico Suites.

good location , suitabel price, good quality

it was dirty and full of live rats. The rooms stink of old ratshit and it is a real health risk.

We were bothered by pest mosquitoes and roaches.
